Seeryus Mama

It was a busy month in June, and we kicked the summer off with a bang! Johnny and Lucy were running side by side, when Lucy decided to cut in front of Johnny and he tripped and fell on the concrete outside in the front of the house. He took quite a hit, and as you can see above, he has the wounds to prove it! Now that we are at the end of July, his nose still holds the scars, and probably will for some time. The life of little boys!Nebraskaland Days is always another fun event. Johnny was in the Parade again riding with Charlie’s North Platte Plumbing. I thought that the float this year was great! It’s been a while since we’ve posted… I’ll get pictures up soon. Johnny has had an eventful summer again. Over the 4th of July he was boating with my mom and Paul. He had a blast! Then it was time for fireworks! He’d been collecting fireworks all week and just couldn’t wait to fire them off. Boys…(sigh) We are almost finished with the baby’s room. It’s looking great. We just need to add some finishing touches. I can’t believe how fast the summer is going. I’m okay with it though, the sooner the better…can’t wait for our little girl to arrive.
