I’ve had the worst two days. My laptop crashed yesterday. I lost it. I cried, screamed, cried some more. I’ve cried today. It’s still in the shop…and I’m so lost. But it’s just a computer…or is it? I feel so isolated and cut off from everyone. My heart races, my palms sweat. I have walked into my computer room multiple times to only turn around and walk right back out. Then I cry some more. We totaled our grocery bill for last month, and it was $400.00! I’m not for sure that would be a completely accurate number either. I don’t think Brand added the little trips I made to pick up one or two items and that I paid for with my account. Or the money spent on eating out. I should clarify that when I say groceries that also accounts for diapers, cleaning products, laundry soaps…you get the picture. Things have to change. We can not continue to spend that much! Last night when I got home from work I was greeted at the door by Johnny. He had some exciting news! He’s moving up to a more challenging reading group. Yeah! Peeps…I’m so excited! We have struggled with this kid from day one to read. He hates it (and you know that breaks my ever reading heart!). He drags his feet to have to read. It’s the very last thing he’ll do! However, he’s made great improvement this year. I’m simply amazed. Hard work and dedication. I’m so very proud.
