It’s A Smooth Summer! – Giveaway!

I fit into both categories. Let’s face it…summer is here! (Despite this rainy weather!) It’s time to partake in all of those summer activities that make childhood fun. One of our favorites is Kool-Aid Slushies. It’s really simple and kids love it!

What you need:

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 pack of unsweeted Kool Aid mix, any flavor!
• 3 cups ice

Place 1 cup water, sugar, Kool-Aid mix and 1 cup ice cubes in a blender container cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add additional 2 cups ice cubes; cover. Blend using pulsing action, until smooth. Serve immediately. Store leftover slush in the freezer.

About that freezer part. It doesn’t work. Makes it hard as a rock, and if you don’t have a decent blender, it will crack the container making your blender useless.
