Aloha Friday

June 12, 2009 · 10 comments

It’s been a few weeks since I have participated, so I’m jumping right in! Here’s the deal from Kalani herself…
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
Where is your favorite place to eat out of town?
I love Red Lobster! Sometimes Brand and I make a date out of it and drive to Kearney (about an hour and a half away) for lunch or dinner there. We’ve made a resolution of sorts to eat only at places we don’t have in our area while on vacation, we’ll see if that really happens though.
For the entire list of participants head on over to An Island Life!

I love eating at The Bavarian Inn…about an hour from where I live. Yummy German food.

OOh, really you are making me pick just one!? I have a list, but I would pick Logan Burger which is 45minutes away…which is divine!

Las Piramides, it is a locally owned and staffed by a large Mexican family. It is the only place around to get real, authentic Mexican food.

I am going to say Olive Garden I haven't been there in a long time but when we were dating my husband would always take me there.

I love the Olive Garden–their breadsticks are yummy and whenever I see it while we are on the road, I usually ask to stop there!

I also really like Red Lobster. I haven't been in several months. The nearest one is about an hour away.
