Nature’s Baby Organics – Review

Adena (Mom-preneur Extraordinaire) contacted me recently to ask if I would be interested in trying out several products in her line of Nature’s Baby Organics. Always up to the challenge, I agreed. I did some research, and Adena’s story touched my heart. She’s really worked hard to bring about a quality line of products. Organic and natural products for the entire family.

I’m so happy I did!

I’m going to start with the Shampoo and Body Wash in Lavender Chamomile scent.

It was my full intention to just use this as a body wash for Paige. As many of you know, she has long hair, and it’s rather unruly if I don’t keep to our hair washing “regimen”. That being using my shampoo and conditioner, I mean I have to keep her hair under control!

However, lately bath time hasn’t been going that great. Paige hates getting washed up and having her hair washed. So, to make it easy on us, I just used the Shampoo and Body Wash. It lathers nicely, has a light fragrance that isn’t the least bit overpowering and over all did the job. While lathering her hair, I thought that I would have to put in some leave in conditioner, because she’d have tangles.

About 15 minutes after getting Paige out of the bath I noticed how soft my hands felt…and I’m not the one who put lotion on Pea! That has to be the biggest reason I like this product. I have to note, I didn’t comb out Paige’s hair that night, just let it dry naturally. I figured I’d have a mess in the morning, but that wasn’t the case. Her hair was plenty soft and we had no more the normal tangles for a girl who rustles around all night.

We were also sent the fragrance free Face and Body Moisturizer. Initially, I tested this on my skin, because I have sensitive skin and in the summers I’m always needing lotion because I’ve spent too much time in the sun. Thus far, I’ve only found one lotion that I can wear on my face every day…until I tried the Face and Body Moisturizer.

I can confidently apply this lotion to my face and not worry about that oily, shiny look. It’s left my skin feeling soft, all day. While it’s fragrance free, there is a very mild hint of fragrance, but it’s pleasant.

It’s going to be tough to share with the rest of the family!
