Mama’s Holiday Wish List Meme

1. What 5 items are on your holiday wish list this year?
*I don’t really want anything this year. Okay, that’s a lie, I’d love to get a new set of luggage (for BlogHer), my plane tickets (for BlogHer) and conference pass (for BlogHer). Notice a theme?
2. What is your favorite handmade gift you have received?
*My favorite handmade gift is an afghan that my great-grandma gave me when I was a teenager. I love that blanket!
3. What handmade gift have you always wanted to tackle?
*Knitted anything. I have to much ADD to finish a project. I’m dandy at starting them…it’s just the finishing I have a problem with!
4. What was the best Christmas gift you received as a child?
*The game Mousetrap. We had so much fun playing that silly game!!
5. What items are on your kid’s wish list this year?
*Johnny wants a Danny Woodhead jersey and Paige, well, she’s too young to make a list.
6. What is your favorite holiday food?
*I don’t know if it’s really food, but I love all of the seasonal coffees. Pumpkin Spice, Gingerbread…etc.
7. What will you be hand-crafting for the holidays?
*I’m going to try to make some knitted dish cloths…we’ll see though!
8. What is your favorite holiday movie?
*National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
9. Favorite holiday song?
* I really can’t narrow it down. So, I’ll share my favorite two. Straight No Chaser’s 12 Days of Christmas and everything from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
10. Favorite holiday pastime?
*Going out looking at all of the beautiful Christmas lights while singing Christmas Carols.
