I’m a Kitchen Ninja!

Back in September, I went to New York City for the unveiling of the Ninja Master Prep.  The Ninja has quickly become my best friend in the kitchen.  It’s a blender/food processor that really isn’t.  Nope, it’s so much more.  It comes with all the items pictured below.  It’s dishwasher and microwave safe.  Another bonus, all items are BPA free.  You really are in control of what you make!

stage_01_leftThe Ninja Master Prep is used at least three to four times a week in our house.  From dicing my green peppers and onion for chili, mashing the bananas for banana bread, creating delicious frozen coffee drinks….the list can go on and on.

The Ninja Master Prep is revolutionary because it has two sets of blades.  One towards the bottom, and another in the middle.  Pulsing is the key.  It comes with a 48 oz. pitcher, perfect for smoothies and blended drinks and a 2 cup processor, for smaller jobs.  Pictured above is the result of 2 quick pulses to my onion chunks.  Onion is a must have for chili…but my guys, they hate it.  The onion was so finely chopped that they didn’t even notice it!

Check out what the Ninja does to ice:

Pretty cool, right?  The key is pulsing the items.  Aside from making snow, there is no need to “blend”.

Just this week I used the Ninja to make the strudel topping for my Pumpkin Coffee Cake.  Chopped carrots and onion for the spaghetti sauce, and made 4 or 5 Pumpkin Smoothies. Talk about delish…and easy.  Keep your eyes out for a new feature to Seeryus Mama around the New Year.  I’ll share my recipes and kitchen tips with you…and I’ll feature some of my favorite recipes using the Ninja Master Prep.

I’ve found the Ninja Kitchen Master Prep in quite a few stores or you can purchase it online for $59.85

This machine is the bomb, seriously. I use it every week to make peach blueberry muffins and smoothies.

I’ve seen these at the store but wasn’t sure if it really held up to the advertising. Thanks for the review. I think I’ll add it to my Christmas wish list and we will see what happens.

I go the Ninja for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I use it everyday for various things.

I am looking for a recipe for icecream.

This is such a great resource which you are providing and you give it away for free. I adore seeing web sites that understand the value of providing a high quality resource for free of charge. It?s the old what goes around comes around routine. Did you acquired lots of links and I see plenty of trackbacks?
