Those who know me, know I’m a coffee drinker. My other vice, ice tea. I’m an occasional hot tea drinker though.

I think I’d like it a lot more if I had a proper tea pot and loose leaf tea. I’ve been eyeing all of the teas and gorgeous pots over at Golden Moon Tea. I do know that my favorite tea (hot or cold) is English Breakfast Tea. It’s said that a spot of cream and spoonful of sugar make it all the better.

I’ve heard that the Oolong Tea is the best of the best. Reading up on tea, it came from Southern China 5,000 years ago. I’ve learned quite a bit about tea
