That’s right! Sid is rockin’ the Seery household. I’ve already told you about our love for Sid the Science Kid here. We’re either watching Sid, eebee or Mickey Mouse. I’m excited to share with you the Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid ! sid

In case you didn’t know, Sid the Science Kid is an animated television series on PBS Kids. It stars Sid, a funny and inquisitive 5 year old. Along with his friends, Gabriela, May and Gerald, they learn about all the world has to offer through discovery, activity and fun. With the help of Teacher Susie, the kids are able to experiment and get hands on. The projects that happen on the show are easy enough to do with your own little scientist. Paige loves the singing and dancing. She’s also taken to talking into a microphone (a baby bottle works well!) just like Sid!

From Playskool Jim Henson, to use the Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid, simply press his tummy and he says popular phrases from his show.

“I’ve just gotta know!”

“And that’s my super-duper-uper-shmuper big idea!”

“I’ve got a lot of questions and big ideas, I’m Sid the Science kid!”

Sid runs on 2 “AA” batteries and they are easy to replace if need be. In addition, the Talkin’ Sid the Science Kid comes with “The Sticker Chart” DVD.
