This last week, the weather has been beautiful.  There were a few times I thought about busting out the flip flops and capris!  I don’t know what it is about spring, but it makes me want to get with it!  I want to spice up my wardrobe, start a beauty routine and keep my greys under control.  However, that takes time and money…or does it?
