Electrical storms are going to wipe out the Internet (perhaps forever). You have one day left to write about your passions: what do you want to say to the blogosphere in 300 words or less?
That is the question posed by the Mabel’s Label’s Crew…so…here it goes…
I am passionate about learning, friendships and living life to the fullest. I want to be the best person I can be and still do the things that I may regret when I get older. I believe you should regret the things you’ve done, rather than the things you haven’t.
Currently, I’m a student. Add that to my wife-mom-blogger-librarian title and I have a full plate. It wouldn’t be as easy without the internet. I’m able to take classes right in the comfort of my own home. Who knows, by the time I’m ready to earn my Masters in Library Science, I may have the luxury of all of my classes taken online.
I’ve made many friends that I wouldn’t have without the internet….and I’m so thankful for them. However, should we be cut off from our Skyping or Facebook…we’d still remain friends. Good ol’ pen and paper would be the hottest thing on the runway. Er, maybe not the runway, but the USPS would certainly get a boost in stamp sales from me!
I will continue to grow and blossom. Friendships will endure and life will be lived…fully. Because that’s what it’s about, living your life wholeheartedly, whether you are a blogger, mom, student, librarian, or all of the above.
