One of my favorite magazines is FamilyFun.  I’ve been a subscriber for years and will probably always continue to do so.  It’s a great magazine to donate to a local elementary school too.  There are great activities for kids to do.

FamilyFun recently introduced summertime craft kits with seven projects for seven days of the week for just $7.00 available exclusively at WalMart.    The kits include all of the materials your child will need, plus instructions that are detailed.

When we received the Create Your Own Clay Critters kit.  It came with:

• 8 Clay Rolls
• 4 Design Punch-Out Sheets (for the Woodland Playscape)
• Clay Knife
• Clay Mat
• Glue Tube
• Wooden Dowel
• Instruction Booklet w/How-To Photos and Extra Project Ideas

My kids had so much fun playing with this craft kit!  I think they came up with some pretty cute critters too!

One of the big reasons I decided to try a kit out was because they are available in our local Walmart store.  To see if they are available in your area, click here.  You can search the PDF by town, state or zip code.  Another reason I jumped on this opportunity is because it’s affordable.  Even though they are summertime kits, I think they’d be a great thing to have year round!
