I’ve started a subscription (or is that prescription?) of coffee from Amazon. It’s my most favorite in the world, TreeHugger. To say that I’m anxious for it to arrive is a huge understatement. Huge.
I love this coffee so freakin’ much.
Anyway, I’ve been stalking watching the tracking on this shipment. Seeing that my beloved coffee would ship from Kansas, I figured it wouldn’t take long. Oh no, just a quick march up to The Good Life here in Nebraska.
Exhibit A:
I was wrong.
Exhibit B:
My coffee is out seeing the sites of the Midwest. After leaving it’s place in Coffeville, Kansas (I know, right?) it took a quick trip to Wichita. Then, instead of heading UP (north, dammit) to Nebraska, we took a few steps back. To Tulsa, Oklahoma. If that wasn’t enough, this much loved beverage of mine ventured farther down in to the fine state of Oklahoma to Oklahoma City. What. The. Hell. From there it went back to Wichita (Hello! Been there, done that!) and now on it’s merry little way to Omaha, Nebraska. It’s my hope that from Omaha, my coffee’s next stop is my house.
But, I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up in Denver, Colorado first. It has happened before.

What in the world?
Like all hippies, Tree Hugger apparently likes to roam and be free of normal restraints.
I love Tree Hugger also. I seriously wish they’d make a decaf version though for those times when I’ve had way too much caffeine. I’ve had to set my maker on making the larger cup to cut down on the caffeine at times. I also love to add foam on top because its boldness makes a great latte.
Wow that’s quite the detour! Hope your coffee gets there soon.
